Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 24th March 2019 from 7.30p, to 9.30pm at Northfields Community Centre, 71A Northcroft Road, W13 9SS. Doors open at 7.15pm for a prompt start.
All plot holders are encouraged to come along, discuss what we have achieved over the past year and have a say on how we want our allotments to be run in the future. It’s also a great opportunity to meet your gardening neighbours.
One of the functions of the AGM is to elect the Committee that self-manages the allotment site. HAA is your association and the Committee works on behalf of all plot holders. Any plot holder can be a Committee member, even those who have only recently got their plot. The Committee meets every six weeks for a couple of hours and makes the arrangements that keep the allotments running, such as plot letting, site maintenance, community project management, liaison with Pathways (the site owners), arranging skips and deliveries and problem resolution. All Committee posts are re-elected annually.
If you feel that you can contribute to the running of our beloved allotments, please do consider standing for the Committee.

- Please send us any points that you would like included on the agenda for the meeting by no later than 14th March 2019.
